Apart from his skills as an entertainer, and, it's true, his blind motivation to follow Olivier to shows for which he didn't even check the location nor what was the deal about, Simon recently started an Armagnac production, as a tribute to his great grandfather Abel Labat. The 3 vintages that we discovered at dinner were bottled during Summer '23. Its the first bottles ever produced by Alabat and each are part of a 250 bottles limited edition.
